International Student Orientation
Important Information
Please read the following as there is important information you must know about the Orientation you will attend before starting school. All students are expected to attend the Orientation so please make your travel arrangements accordingly.

Centralized Student Orientation
When: August 31, September 1 and 2, 2015 Time: 9am – 3pm
Location: Colleen and Gordie Howe Middle School 3174 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford, BC
Please ensure to bring the following items to the centralized orientation: <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Passport and Student Permit (Visa) <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->A packed lunch (for all 3 days), a pencil, pen, and eraser
Students are required to attend all three days of the centralized orientation Please arrive on time!
School-Based Student Orientation
All students are also required to attend a school-based orientation. It will take place at the student’s school on either September 3rd or 4th. The students will be informed of the date at the orientation.
The first official day of school, for all students, will be Tuesday, September 8, 2015. |
Early Arrivals: Most of you will arrive in Canada a few days before orientation. If you arrive before August 31st DO NOT report to your school. The first day of orientation is the first time we need to see you.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive after September 2nd, you will need to report to the International Student Department.
